Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when it was delivered.

  • The item should be returned in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.

Please note that returns requested after the 7-day period may not be accepted.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Once the issue is verified, Homyora will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or phone about the status of your refund request.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Sale or discounted items are generally not eligible for refunds, unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
