Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when received.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided to process the return.

Please note that returns requested after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately after delivery.

Once the issue is verified, Homyora will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds (If Applicable)

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Please note that sale or discounted items may not be eligible for refunds, unless the product is defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
